Privacy Policy
Effective October 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Zamplo Data Inc. (“TitleReport.org,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you use titlereport.org. We collect as little as we need to deliver your order.
Information we collect
- Order information: your name, email address, optional reference, and the property you identify (address, county, APN).
- Payment information: processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Communications: messages you send us and our replies.
- Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site and similar data collected through cookies and analytics tools, used to operate, secure and improve the Site and prevent fraud.
- Address search: when you type an address, the text you type and your approximate location (derived from your IP address by our hosting provider) are sent to Google to suggest matching addresses, and a bot-protection check by Cloudflare (Turnstile) runs in your browser. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Records of acceptance and delivery: timestamps of your acceptance of our Terms and acknowledgments, and of report delivery.
